Do you accept Walk-ins?

Of Course! Although, we are a busy salon. To avoid wait times please call ahead and reserve your sessions with one of our stylists or join our waitlist here and someone will reach out to you!!

What is Balayage?

Balayage is a French word that means "to sweep". We use this technique to paint/highlight  the hair giving it the most natural, soft, graduated look.

What is Olapex? 

Olaplex is a 3 step process that restores the structure of your hair while protecting it from further chemical, mechanical, and/or environmental damage. You can have this as a stand alone treatment or added into your color, be sure to take the No.3 home with you for extended protection at home.

How long do Fantasy colors last?

This depends on a lot of factors, and we do not guarantee a definite time as this is a case by case basis. The best way to lengthen wear-time/vibrancy of your new awesome color is by using a sulfate-free products, shampooing only 2-3 times a week, using little to no heat when styling and using a heat protectant when you are styling.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Credit Card, Check, & HairPhix gift card  

(Checks will be charged a $35 return fee)

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, We ask that you give your stylist a 24-48 hour advanced noticed of canceling in order to give other clients a chance to reserve that spot instead.

No-shows or last minute cancellations will be charged 50%-100% of service booked.

A non-refundable deposit will be required to book your next session. 

Multiple no- show appointments will result in no longer being able to book with HairPhix Salon and its stylists.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes we do! With holidays fast approaching these babies are a must-have! Get them in any dollar amount you choose... Give the gift of beauty!

How far in advance should I book my color session?

Most of our lovelies book in advance and have a 4-6 week standing appointment, however if you are new to us we recommend giving 1-2 weeks advanced notice!

How do I make an appointment?

There are many ways to book a session with us, and it's very simple. Booking online is the easiest... simply visit our 'book with us' page and click on the stylist you wish to see- once there you will find pricing info and be able to look at the calendar to find your next appointment.

Corrective Color- What is it & Why is it so expensive?

This is a great question! Often, we come across new guests who have gotten a color that is not what they were expecting or what they desired, so we need to do a corrective color to do just that, correct! 

This is sometimes easy, but most of the time takes a lot of work, time, product and knowledge to give you what you are wanting.

Please understand that we take all of this into consideration when we are pricing our corrective color and if you'd like we can also give you other options that fit your budget!
